SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

Effective Date: 02 March 2026

This policy applies to business customers purchasing from Revolution Tyres.

  1. Shipping

Delivery Areas

We deliver within South Africa. Export arrangements may be made by agreement.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and depend on stock availability and logistics schedules.

Risk Transfer

Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the nominated address or collection from our warehouse.

Delays

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by couriers, force majeure events, or third-party logistics providers.

  1. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers must inspect goods upon receipt.
Any shortages, damages, or discrepancies must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to notify within this period may constitute acceptance of goods.

  1. Returns

Eligibility

Returns will only be accepted:

  • With prior written approval
  • For incorrect supply or proven manufacturing defect
  • Within 7 days of delivery (unless otherwise agreed)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Special order items
  • Mounted or used tyres
  • Goods damaged after delivery

Restocking Fee

Approved returns not due to our error may be subject to a restocking fee.

  1. Warranty

Tyres are subject to manufacturer warranty terms.
Warranty claims must be submitted with supporting documentation and inspection approval.

  1. Refunds and Credits

Approved returns may result in:

  • Replacement stock
  • Credit note
  • Refund (at our discretion)
  1. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping lines, port congestion, customs delays, or supply chain disruptions.
